Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and target potential clients across various industries who can benefit from Nexariza's diverse suite of technical solutions.
* Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
* Clearly and persuasively communicate Nexariza's unique value proposition and the advantages of our services to prospective clients.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
* Present Nexariza's capabilities and tailor solutions to align with client objectives.
* Diligently follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and successfully convert prospects into paying clients.
* Collaborate seamlessly with our technical teams to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities and client interactions.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role offering a significant earning potential directly tied to your success. You will receive 5% of the total project value for each new client you successfully bring to Nexariza who engages our services.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a client-facing role, ideally within the technology sector.
* Strong understanding of the technology landscape, particularly in areas such as AI/ML/DL, web development, and application development.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of prospects effectively.
* Familiarity with professional networking platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and CRM tools is a plus.
