Description:
Irtiqa Hassan Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and commercial performance of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, cost plans, forecasting, and profitability, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget while achieving target margins.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets and detailed cost plans.
- Monitor project costs, revenue, and overall profitability.
- Prepare financial forecasts and commercial reports for ongoing projects.
- Track budget variances and identify potential commercial risks.
- Review and assess project variations and change orders.
- Support procurement activities through commercial evaluations and analysis.
- Develop and maintain project profitability and performance dashboards.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure effective project execution and commercial success.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial management, project controls, cost management, or project finance.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience within architecture, interior design, construction, or other project-based businesses will be considered an advantage.
