Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all commercial operations including procurement, import/export, shipping, and documentation.

• Develop and implement cost control strategies, pricing policies, and negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, banks, shipping lines, and clearing agents to ensure smooth transactions and logistics.

• Ensure full compliance with trade regulations, customs laws, and internal company policies.

• Supervise commercial documentation including Letters of Credit (LCs), shipping documents, contracts, and invoices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain teams to align commercial goals.

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly commercial performance reports and trade activity summaries to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Commercial Manager within the textile, manufacturing, or import/export sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial operations, banking instruments (LCs, TT, CAD), and logistics management.

• Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, and communication.

• Proficiency with MS Excel, ERP systems, and commercial documentation procedures.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.

• Understanding of international trade laws, tariff structures, and compliance requirements.

• Exposure to sustainability practices and regulatory compliance in international trade.
