Commercial Manager

Bisec Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commercial Manager to lead and manage the company’s bid processes, contracts, and business expansion initiatives. This full-time role (Monday–Friday) requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills to oversee tender management, negotiate contracts, analyze risks, and stay ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end tender management process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms.
• Conduct risk analysis on business opportunities and contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for bids, contracts, and other commercial activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align bids and contracts with organizational goals.
• Utilize CRM tools and MS Office to manage and track commercial activities efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in bid management, contract negotiation, and commercial operations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks and opportunities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate terms.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
