Commercial Enablement Associate

 

Description:

The Impact: The Commercial Enablement team is responsible for enhancing User Experience by identifying and executing of work items which enhances commercial buying experience. We also provide communications and overview on new system features and improve data quality by implementing efficient data governance processes. Build close partnerships with Product teams to support timely and quality new feature items
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Lead engagement with commercial stakeholders in identifying and executing of work items that will accelerate commercial buying experience
  • Develop subject matter expertise of business processes and workflows in close collaboration with our Commercial Teams
  • Create new and modify existing system documentation, diagram, flow charts to reflect most current system design and/or state
  • Build and deploy Walk-Me Modules using existing process flows
  • Own and manage incoming work items, capture requirements from Internal stakeholders, and collaborate with Product Team to deliver new features
  • Partner with Associate Product Owners in testing and delivery of new features with full understanding of the application stack including upstream, midstream & downstream applications to Salesforce
  • Host and Facilitate Salesforce Office Hours
  • Translate business needs of commercial systems (Salesforce and connected systems) into requirements for IT Teams
  • Creation of agile work items for Salesforce and connected applications (such as but not limited to Marketo, Cvent, etc.)
  • Analyze Commercial processes and procedures to find areas for improvement. Work with a LEAN mindset
  • Assist in ad hoc process and system projects as required, and provide systems support of commercial teams for production issues, inquiries, and month end coverage
     

What We’re Looking For
 

  • Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree and CRM certification in a related field, and possess strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
  • Basic Understanding of Lean Methodologies and/or Project & Program Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required along with excellent MS Office skills.
  • This person should have a strong foundation in CRM tools and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital application(s)
  • The candidate should possess strong organization, prioritization, problem identification, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills to manage internal workflows and client communication.
