Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our team in the Karachi Division. This role is critical to our operations, focusing on medical lien collections for the California Workers' Compensation sector. The ideal candidate is a tenacious negotiator with a strong grasp of medical billing and electronic portal management who can drive successful settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of AR accounts, focusing on professional and effective collection efforts.
• Navigate the CA Workers' Compensation system to secure timely payments and finalize settlements.
• Utilize Jopari and other clearinghouse portals to submit, track, and manage medical bills and correspondence.
• Monitor aging reports and maintain accurate, real-time updates in our CRM and billing systems.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and legal firms to resolve discrepancies and expedite the payment lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Must-Have Experience: Proven track record in AR receivables, specifically within California Workers’ Compensation medical collections.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Medical Billing workflows and hands-on experience with Jopari (or similar electronic billing/clearinghouse platforms).
• Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing settlements on outstanding medical liens.
• Analytical Ability: Solid understanding of account reconciliation, EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), and payment histories.
• Environment: Ability to work on-site full-time in the Karachi Division in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
