Fit Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated Collections Officer to join our Workers’ Compensation Collections Team.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift
Industry: Medical Billing / Workers’ Compensation

What They’re Looking For
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Confidence in communicating with attorneys, insurance representatives, adjusters, and clients
Willingness to work the night shift regularly

Experienced in:
Workers’ Compensation Collections
Medical billing, insurance claims, A/R, or legal collections
Liens and attorney-related collections
California Workers’ Compensation regulations and procedures
Medical records, QME/AME reports, C&R agreements, EORs, SBRs, and billing documentation
OMFS, Medical-Legal Fee Schedule, MPN, and Workers’ Compensation billing practices
EAMS, MS Office, Google Sheets, or similar case-management tools
