What You'll Do
✅ Follow up on overdue accounts and recover outstanding payments via phone
✅ Maintain accurate collection records and payment commitments
✅ Ensure professional and compliant customer interactions
✅ Prepare collection, recovery, and activity reports

What We're Looking For
🎓 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
💼 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience preferred
🏦 Background in Banking, Call Centers, BPO, Fintech, Microfinance, Credit Services, or Telecommunications is a plus
🌟 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
