Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who specializes in LinkedIn and cold email outreach. You will design and execute outreach systems, generate qualified leads, and help scale business opportunities through structured outbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Outreach

Build and manage targeted prospecting using Sales Navigator or similar tools

Design personalized connection and follow-up sequences

Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and targeting criteria

Track key metrics (connect rates, replies, meetings booked) weekly

Email Outreach

Create and manage cold email campaigns and automated sequences

Write and optimize subject lines, email copy, and CTAs

Build and maintain accurate prospect databases

Monitor performance metrics (open rates, replies, conversions)

Strategy & Business Development

Develop and optimize outbound outreach processes

Identify and qualify new business opportunities

Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot / Pipedrive preferred)

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets

Support proposal creation and inbound lead handling

Requirements

✔ 2+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation

✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns

✔ Strong communication and client engagement skills

✔ Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)

✔ Ability to work independently and meet targets

✔ Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead generation strategies
