Cold Email Specialist

Description:

We’re looking for a results-driven Cold Email Specialist who understands how to start real conversations, not just send emails. This role is about crafting personalized, high-performing outbound email campaigns that generate qualified leads and book meetings consistently.

If you know how to combine research, copywriting, and deliverability best practices to get replies (not spam flags), this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, and execute cold email campaigns targeting decision-makers
• Research prospects to personalize messaging at scale
• Segment lead lists based on industry, role, and intent
• Set up and manage cold email tools (e.g., snov, apollo etc.)
• Monitor deliverability (domain warm-up, inbox placement, spam avoidance)
• A/B test subject lines, copy, CTAs, and sequences to improve open and reply rates
• Track and report key metrics: open rate, reply rate, positive responses, and booked calls
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to align messaging with offers and ICPs
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Proven experience with cold email outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex services.
• Experience with email automation and outreach tools.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
