Cold Calling Specialist

As a Cold Caller at Freight Genie, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. This position involves proactive outreach to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities by effectively communicating the value of the services and booking meetings for our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects, introducing a suite of services and effectively handling objections.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and providing relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies for lead generation.
  • Input and manage lead data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls and lead generation.
  • Provide regular reports on call activity, lead status, and outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling or a related sales role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle objections and effectively convey product benefits.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
