Cold Calling Specialist

Description:

We’re looking for a motivated, articulate, and resourceful Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to connect with prospective clients. 

What You’ll Do

- Cold Calling & Outreach: Make outbound calls to educate potential clients about Jardin Home Health’s services.

- Follow-Up: Send emails, respond promptly, and schedule follow-up calls based on interest and feedback.

- Document Conversations: Accurately log key points and responses using Google Sheets/Excel and Word.

- Scripted & Improvised Engagement: Follow a guided script while adapting conversations as needed to achieve results.

- Collaborate & Improve: Provide feedback on outreach strategy and continuously look for ways to improve messaging and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

- Proven ability to handle high-pressure or cold-call conversations

- Strong organizational and documentation skills
