Lime Software Logics is actively seeking energetic and goal-oriented Cold Calling Specialists to join our sales team for the US market. This is a dynamic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about outbound sales, thrive in high-pressure environments, and are excited to connect with international clients to pitch top-tier digital solutions.

As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business development operations, making first contact with US-based clients and introducing them to our services — including custom websites, SaaS platforms, and mobile application solutions. Your main role will involve cold outreach, qualifying leads, and securing interest to pass on to our closing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate cold calls to potential US-based business clients and present Lime Software Logics' services.

• Understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition.

• Manage call scripts and objections confidently and persuasively.

• Track and update lead status in CRM systems.

• Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to ensure lead conversion.

• Meet and exceed individual call and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

• O/A Levels or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience (1–2 years) in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales for international campaigns (preferably US).

• Comfortable working night shifts and meeting tight KPIs.

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient under pressure.

• Ability to quickly learn product features and client pain points.

Working Schedule:

• Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

• Job Type: On-site, Full-time

• Location: Bahria Town Tower, PECHS Block-2, Karachi
