Cold Calling Sales Representative

Your ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close appointments will be key to driving our business growth. Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international prospects (mainly US/UK markets).
  • Respond to inbound leads when necessary and follow up on warm prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with our sales executives.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track calls and maintain lead records.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments.
  • Report daily and weekly progress to the sales manager.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) must be confident on calls.
  • Prior experience in cold calling or IT/digital services sales is preferred.
  • Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US/UK time zones).
  • Excellent communication, objection handling, and people skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
