Cold Calling Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based prospects
  • Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads
  • Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads to the sales team
  • Present and pitch company services confidently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Ex - IBEX experience is preferred
  • Fresh or 1 year of proven experience in dedicated cold calling (US region)
  • Excellent English communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Prior experience selling digital marketing or IT services is preferred
  • Willingness to work evening/night shifts
