Cold Calling Expert

Description:

This is a full-time remote position for a Cold Calling Expert. The role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls to generate qualified leads and drive sales opportunities. The expert will identify client needs, build meaningful relationships, maintain detailed records of communications, and work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads. Other responsibilities include meeting or exceeding call and lead generation targets, providing feedback on customer responses, and suggesting improvements to the calling strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in outbound calling and lead qualification, as well as the ability to establish rapport with prospects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills, with the ability to adapt the sales pitch to different audiences.
• Experience in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate call logs and lead tracking records.
• Familiarity with sales techniques, objection handling, and pipeline management.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a results-driven environment.
• Background in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is advantageous but not required.
