Your Responsibilities

• 📞 Dial strategic outbound calls to potential clients in the US/UK.
• 🗓️ Book qualified appointments for the senior sales team.
• 🔁 Manage persistent follow-ups to nurture your lead pipeline.
• ➡️ Transfer "hot" qualified leads directly to the closing team.
• 🤝 Build trust and establish professional relationships.

Who We're Looking For

• ✅ Minimum 6 months of proven experience in Appointment Setting, Cold Calling, or Sales.
• 🏆 MUST have experience in a US or UK-based cold calling / sales campaign.
• 🗣️ Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• 🎯 A target-driven, confident, and punctual personality.
• ✅ Must be comfortable working onsite (no remote option).
