Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads and clients in the estimation industry

• Clearly articulate and promote the benefits of the company’s services to prospective customers

• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets as set by management

• Qualify leads by understanding client estimation needs and collecting relevant information

• Maintain an updated and organized record of call logs and leads

• Perform market research to identify and pursue new client opportunities

• Follow up on previous contacts to continue engagement and close deals

Key Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of construction estimation processes

• Proven ability to qualify leads based on predefined estimation requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English

• High volume calling capacity with target-driven approach

• Strong ability to research markets and engage in targeted outreach

• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in cold calling or B2B/B2C outbound sales

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred (Candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered)

• Proficiency in spoken English is mandatory

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: PKR 70000 (Based on experience)
