BizScale is a fast-growing digital solutions company based in Pakistan, working closely with our U.S.-based parent company, Business Upscalers. We help American businesses grow through web development, lead generation, digital marketing, and more. We’re looking for talented Cold Calling Agents to join our team and play a key role in connecting us with potential U.S. clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to small and medium-sized businesses in the USA.

• Introduce BizScale’s digital services (Web Development, SEO, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, etc.) in a professional manner.

• Identify and filter out interested business owners and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

• Accurately document lead information and feedback in our CRM system.

• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent.

• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales (preferred).

• Confidence and strong communication skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

• Good understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
