Job Summary
Adlooper is looking for a resilient, high-energy Cold Caller with at least 1+ year of experience to join our business development team. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who thrives on making connections and turning "cold" prospects into "warm" opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing Adlooper’s digital marketing services and setting the stage for our sales leadership to close deals.

Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls to potential business clients across various industries.
Pitching & Value Proposition: Clearly articulate Adlooper’s services and corporate vision to decision-makers, tailoring the pitch to address specific client pain points.
Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and successfully schedule discovery calls or meetings for the senior sales team and CEO.
CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all calls, follow-ups, and prospect details in our tracking system to ensure a seamless sales hand-off.
Objection Handling: Confidently navigate gatekeepers and overcome common objections with a professional and persistent attitude.
Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and booked appointments.

Requirements : Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a neutral or professional accent and a command over persuasive speaking.
Resilience: A thick skin and a positive mindset; the ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated throughout the shift.
Active Listening: Ability to listen intently to prospects to identify needs and opportunities rather than just reading from a script.
Work Ethic: Highly disciplined with the ability to maintain high energy levels during the 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift.
Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve their "hook" and increase conversion rates.
