Description:
As a Cold Caller for Helprix, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers in the USA via phone, introduce our products/services, generate interest, and set appointments or leads for the sales team. This role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the USA using the provided call lists.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and introduce Helprix’s offerings effectively.
- Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, client information, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Handle objections professionally and work towards turning a "no" into a potential "yes."
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts and calling strategies.
- Follow up with warm leads as assigned by the sales team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cold calling, preferably in call centers targeting the USA market.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with American culture and business communication etiquette.
- Ability to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Comfortable using CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Good listening skills and ability to respond appropriately to client questions or concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
