BoostHive is seeking a proactive, articulate, and highly driven Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support some of our premium SaaS and Fintech clients in their global expansion efforts. You'll be on the front lines of business development; opening doors, initiating conversations, and booking high-quality appointments with decision-makers across UK and US B2B markets.
This is not a script-reading role. We're looking for a confident communicator with business acumen, emotional intelligence, and hustle; someone who can spark genuine interest, build rapport quickly, and qualify leads that convert into real opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Make outbound calls daily to C-level executives, decision-makers, and department heads across the UK and US to introduce our client's Ecommerce, SaaS and Fintech solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Identify business pain points, assess fit, and ensure only warm, sales-ready leads are passed on to closers.
- Appointment Setting: Book high-quality discovery calls and demos that actually show up, ensuring calendar efficiency and buyer intent.
- CRM Management: Log calls, track activity, and update records in platforms like Salesforce, Monday, or similar.
- Follow-ups: Manage call-backs, send emails, and nurture leads to maintain engagement until conversion.
- Feedback Loop: Relay insights from conversations to help refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with closers, campaign managers, and research teams to improve lead targeting and messaging.
Must Have Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of B2B outbound sales or cold calling experience in SaaS, IT, Fintech, or related tech industries
- Proven track record of booking quality appointments and generating pipeline in the UK and US markets
- Exceptional spoken and written English, clear, professional, and confident
- Experience speaking with executives and decision-makers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High-volume outbound calling experience using dialers, CRMs, and email tools
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, handle objections, and maintain persistence without sounding robotic or aggressive
