WayUp Careers is looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller to join our Job Placement Campaign team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are passionate about connecting candidates with the right job opportunities. As a Cold Caller, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to potential candidates, qualify leads, and ensure that they are placed in the most suitable roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Make outbound cold calls to potential candidates and introduce them to job placement opportunities.

• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure that only suitable candidates are pursued.

• Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead progress to track performance.

• Candidate Engagement: Engage candidates through effective communication, ensuring they are well-informed and interested in the job opportunities presented.

• Performance Tracking: Maintain records and report on daily activities, including the number of calls made, leads qualified, and successful placements.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone presence.

• Availability: Willing to work night shifts.
