Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller/Sales Representative to join our team and help sell our Point of Sale (POS) Systems to restaurants across the USA market. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, set appointments, and close sales by reaching out to potential clients via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to restaurants and food service businesses in the USA.
  • Introduce our POS systems, highlight key benefits, and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and schedule sales demos.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in CRM.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales (preferably in SaaS, POS, or restaurant tech).
  • Excellent English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred).
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of POS systems or restaurant operations is a bonus.
