Homeward Partners is hiring Cold Callers / Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team for a USA campaign. This role requires confident, fluent English speakers who can engage with potential clients over the phone, drive sales conversions, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in the USA.
• Pitch services persuasively to generate interest and close deals.

🗣️ Client Engagement & Communication:

• Build strong rapport with clients over the phone.
• Maintain professionalism and confidence in conversations.

📊 Sales & Targets:

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Keep track of all sales interactions and follow up on leads.

✅ CRM & Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of calls and sales progress in the system.
• Report daily progress and feedback to the sales manager.

Requirements:

🎙️ Communication Skills:

• Fluent English with a clear accent (Mandatory).
• Ability to engage confidently and persuasively with international clients.

💼 Experience (Preferred but not required):

• Cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Fresh candidates with excellent English skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Timings & Benefits:

⏰ Timings: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PST) (Night Shift)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
💰 Salary: Up to 100000 PKR (based on expertise)
💵 Commission: 100 USD per closing
📍 Location: Muslim Town, Lahore
