We’re looking for a talented CMS Developer to join our tech and content team — someone who can build, manage, and optimize our web platforms to help authors shine online.

Job Description:

Develop, customize, and maintain CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Square).

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to implement new features.

Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience.

Integrate third-party tools and APIs for enhanced functionality.

Troubleshoot and resolve CMS issues quickly.

Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of hands-on experience with CMS development (WordPress preferred).

Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Familiarity with themes, plugins, and custom post types.

Experience integrating marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

Understanding of SEO best practices and responsive design.

A team player with great attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
