Eplanet Global is building a next-generation, AI-native Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform focused on transforming healthcare workflows for the US market. We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking physician (MD) who understands both clinical practice and healthcare technology.
This role will serve as the critical bridge between healthcare providers and our Product & Engineering teams, helping us build clinically accurate, compliant, and provider-friendly solutions powered by AI.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the clinical subject matter expert across EMR modules including:
- Clinical documentation
- Orders & labs
- E-prescribing
- Billing and workflow management
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to:
- Define and validate clinical workflows
- Review and improve Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Ensure product logic aligns with real-world provider workflows
- Lead clinical validation and design of AI-driven healthcare features such as:
- AI Scribe solutions
- Clinical documentation automation
- Clinical decision support systems
- Prior authorization automation
- Validate the accuracy of:
- SOAP notes
- Diagnoses (ICD-10)
- Medications (RxNorm)
- Orders and laboratory workflows
- Provide guidance on healthcare compliance and interoperability standards including:
- HIPAA
- ONC certification
- USCDI standards
- HL7 / FHIR interoperability
- Participate in:
- Product demos
- Stakeholder meetings
- Client discussions
- Clinical workflow reviews
- Help define clinical best practices and provider standardization within the platform
- Support creation of provider training materials and workflow documentation
Required Qualifications
- MD (Doctor of Medicine) or equivalent clinical qualification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience
- Exposure to US healthcare workflows preferred
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Strong understanding of:
- SOAP notes and clinical documentation
- Orders, labs, and prescriptions
- Insurance, billing, and coding basics
- Experience collaborating with technical, product, or engineering teams
- Strong communication and analytical skills
