Client Support Specialist

 

Description:

EaseFix is seeking a confident, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join their growing team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations and facilitating effective communication between clients, engineers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will manage multiple conversations, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a calm, solution-focused approach to keep workflows seamless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and support teams to ensure timely task completion and issue resolution.

  • Manage and respond professionally to client queries through calls, messages, and emails.

  • Handle service requests related to property, maintenance, or logistical coordination.

  • Provide real-time support and maintain continuous communication with both field and back-office teams.

  • Take full ownership of daily tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring all responsibilities are completed effectively.

Key Skills & Qualities Required

  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Efficient multitasking capabilities with quick focus shifting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with a customer-centric attitude.

  • Proficiency with basic technology tools such as spreadsheets, mobile applications, and task managers.

Work Timings

  • Weekly rotational shifts:

    • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    • 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • Work schedule: 5 days a week
