Description:
As a Client Success Specialist at Interact Globals, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their success through service delivery and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementation & Training: Lead clients through onboarding and training, ensuring they understand how to maximize the value of the services offered.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships, gather feedback to improve services, and ensure continuous service improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Proactively address any issues that may arise and ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and provide timely and effective resolutions to client concerns.
- Retention & Growth: Focus on client retention, renew contracts, and identify opportunities to grow client accounts and expand services.
Shift Timings:
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success or client management, ideally in service-based industries.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics is a plus.
