Description:
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Success Manager with a strong background in digital marketing. This role involves managing clients from onboarding to successful project delivery while ensuring high-quality execution and long-term client satisfaction.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔸 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
🔹Conduct client onboarding and strategy alignment meetings.
🔸Lead client meetings, manage expectations, and review project progress.
🔹Prepare detailed client briefs and post-meeting recap emails.
🔸Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
🔹Perform quality checks before submitting deliverables to clients.
🔸Collect client feedback and proactively resolve concerns.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔️1+ year experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role (digital marketing agency preferred).
✔️Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and email marketing.
✔️Working knowledge of WordPress and marketing funnels.
✔️Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔️Highly organized, proactive, and client-centric.
