🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and close high-value business opportunities in the construction estimation industry.
Build and manage strong relationships with contractors and developers.
Develop and execute data-driven sales & marketing strategies for revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business reports.
Collaborate with estimation teams to ensure client satisfaction and accurate deliverables.
Introduce innovative tools (CRM, BI, automation) to improve sales processes and client engagement.
✅ Requirements:
5 to 7+ years’ proven experience in business development / sales.
Must have a background in construction cost estimation companies.
Strong client networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand construction workflows and coordinate with estimation teams.
Leadership qualities with experience in mentoring or guiding teams.
