Responsibilities

  • Understand the WorkTipsPro Job Search Program
  • Follow clients through program modules and lead them through the entire learning/job search journey
  • Follow up with mentees
  • Find out how mentees have been doing during the week
  • Send weekly priorities on what clients should focus on in the week
  • Do written and video resume reviews
  • Do LinkedIn reviews
  • Do portfolio reviews
  • Do mock interviews
  • Attend office hours
  • Lead office hours
  • Answer mentees questions
  • Track client metrics weekly (application, networking, social media)
  • Encourage and support mentees
  • Do check up calls with mentees
  • Do onboarding calls with mentees
  • Hold mentees accountable with love.

 

Requirements

Must-have

  • Be good with clients. Have client-facing experience
  • Very good verbal and written English
  • Experience working with North American clients
  • Work US/Canada Eastern Timezone
  • Good internet connection for video calls
  • Flexible to work weekends and evenings

  • Career coaching exposure/experience
  • HR/Recruitment experience
  • Resume writing experience
  • Project management experience
