Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily communication and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Understand client goals and collaborate with internal teams to execute projects and campaigns effectively.
- Coordinate tasks between clients and agency teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide regular updates on campaign progress and project deliverables.
- Address client concerns promptly and work proactively to resolve issues, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service.
- Identify process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance the client experience.
- Work closely with account management and creative teams to align with client objectives and project timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of client communications and project statuses.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a digital marketing company or software house.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
