📍 Location: NASTP, Lahore Cantt
🕘 Timings: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM (PKST)
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
💰 Salary: PKR 50,000 – 55,000
🔍 About the Role
This is a field-based role focused on client servicing and merchant operations across Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening client relationships while managing operational activities related to POS and merchant acquisition.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
Client Services (Field Work):
• POS deployment, removal & software updates
• Paper roll replenishment & technical issue handling
• Primary point of contact for client queries and support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct regular client visits and reviews
Operations:
• Maintain merchant documentation and records
• Coordinate with stakeholders for merchant account opening
• Handle settlement issues, chargebacks & double charges
• Support sales team with service-level queries
• Manage end-to-end merchant acquisition processes
🎓 Requirements
• 14–16 years of education (Business, Commerce or related field)
• 2–3 years of experience in client services / operations
• Proven experience in merchant acquiring
• Strong communication, analytical & coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
