Description:
RG Blue Communications is looking for a Client Service Manager (Account Manager) to join our client leadership team. This role is for someone who has experience working at an advertising agency, understands the pace and pressure of campaign management, and knows how to handle clients, teams, and communication with maturity and ownership.
This is a client service position in a creative advertising environment. It is not an accounts/finance role.
Who You Are
• Someone who has managed client relationships before, preferably for large brands
• Comfortable working on 360 campaigns – TVCs, digital, print, on-ground
• Understands the agency process from briefing, production, execution, to post-campaign
• Takes ownership, follows through, and doesn’t disappear when pressure rises
• A team player who can manage internal coordination smoothly
• Someone who wants to grow into a leadership role in client service
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client needs and translate them internally with clarity
• Work with creative, strategy, production, and digital teams for campaign execution
• Manage timelines, feedback rounds, job closures, deliveries, and approvals
• Lead and manage large TVC shoots and campaign rollouts
• Be present in all meetings and follow-ups, not only at kick-off
• Ensure clear communication, expectation management, and client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
• Maintain documentation, reports, and task tracking with discipline
What We Require
• 3 to 5 years of client servicing experience in an advertising agency
• Mandatory experience in handling 360 campaigns
• Understanding of branding, communication, and campaign flow
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs at the same time
• Professional behavior, reliability, and accountability in both internal and client interactions
