Kluster Creative is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to manage client relationships and ensure seamless execution of projects. The role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and skilled at building strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
✔️ Understand client objectives, business goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
✔️ Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for creative and production teams.
✔️ Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
✔️ Coordinate across teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly from concept to execution.
✔️ Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
✔️ Track project progress, share updates, and provide detailed account reports.
✔️ Resolve client concerns and manage escalations with professionalism.
✔️ Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
✔️ Ensure contracts, agreements, and financials are managed in line with company policies.
✔️ Conduct regular review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
✔️ Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend innovative ideas for client strategies.
✔️ Support business development by assisting in pitches and onboarding new clients.
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
💼 3–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in a creative or marketing agency).
📊 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
⚡ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
