Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who excels in relationship management, project coordination, and delivering client success.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams to execute campaigns
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Monitor campaign performance and share insights with clients
• Address client queries proactively and ensure high satisfaction levels
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in client service or account management
• Strong understanding of advertising and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
