Black Diamond Media Company is seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to manage client communication, coordination, and service delivery across media, advertising, and event projects.

Job Duties (JDs):
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Understand client briefs and communicate requirements clearly to relevant departments
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, events, and media projects
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and queries professionally
• Assist in proposal coordination, reporting, and documentation
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in a media, advertising, PR, or event management company
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
