Client Retention Specialist

Description:

Unisoftwares Pakistan is looking for a Client Retention Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Follow up with clients approaching renewal and address concerns
Identify at-risk accounts and work to prevent churn
Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams when needed
Upsell or cross-sell relevant services to existing clients
Maintain client records and updates in the CRM

Requirements:
Previous experience in client retention or customer success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle clients professionally and resolve concerns
Comfortable with follow-ups, renewals, and upselling

Job Details:
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
