Job Description:
A Client Relationship Officer typically has the following daily responsibilities:
• To receive instructions and work with other business executives to implement the marketing plan as per the business strategy of the company.
• To explore the new marketing strategies in order to increase the client base of the company.
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process to generate quality leads that result in sales.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.
• To respond to the queries received via email, social media, WhatsApp and Phone calls.
• To guide the potential client about company services and assist them in account opening.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing as well as new customers in person and via telephone calls.

Skills:
The ideal candidate;
• Must have basic knowledge of Stock & Commodities that we Trade in.
• Must be updated current stock market, commodities and currencies outlook
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Proactive Attitude.

Qualification:

• MBA (Marketing) / BBA (Marketing)
• Minimum Experience: Fresh or 1 Year or more
• Location: Lahore
