Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Calling Agent role (US - time zone) based in Wapda Town, Lahore. The Sales Calling Agent will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to present company services, understand their needs, and generate qualified leads. The role includes answering inbound inquiries, providing clear and accurate information, and maintaining a professional, client-focused conversation at all times. The agent will update and manage customer data in CRM tools, track call outcomes, and prepare basic reports on call activity and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Promote Devbox services and generate qualified sales leads.
• Understand customer needs and build strong client relationships.
• Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Track call outcomes and prepare basic sales activity reports.
