Client Outreach Specialist

Description:

HQ-360 is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Client outreach specialist to join our team, responsible for setting up client appointments over the phone and ensuring seamless communication between potential clients and our sales representatives. 

*Responsibilities:*

Contact potential clients by phone during designated business hours, following a company-provided script to set up initial appointments.

Strategically analyze data to prioritize and optimize scheduling, maximizing productivity and ensuring efficient follow-ups.

Coordinate appointments and facilitate smooth communication by scheduling calls or email follow-ups for the sales representatives.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Must have own working Laptop with 8gb RAM and stable internet connection with a speed over 15 to 20 MBPS
