𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
 • Ensure smooth daily operations and meet defined turnaround times (TATs).
 • Achieve productivity and adherence targets across all team members.
 • Maintain process accuracy and compliance above 98%.
 • Ensure timely updates and achieve 90%+ client satisfaction.
 • Identify and implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency.
 • Oversee seamless coordination between internal teams and external clinics.
 • Maintain optimal staff scheduling and timely documentation updates.
 • Supervise accurate and timely insurance and patient onboarding processes.
 • Generate periodic performance reports and highlight key operational insights.
 
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
 • 5–7 years of relevant experience in Operations Management (preferably in BPO or US Healthcare sector).
 • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leadership roles.
 • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
 • Proficient in MS Office, healthcare CRMS, and operational reporting tools.
 • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results and compliance.
