Client Onboarding Specialist

 

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Client Onboarding Specialist. The role involves building and cultivating relationships with clients, generating leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Client Onboarding Specialist will oversee sales strategies, maintain client engagement, and deliver excellent customer service to meet business objectives and foster growth in the coworking community. Additionally, the role includes overseeing daily operations and welcoming new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Sales & Lead Conversion

• Manage all inbound leads from calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms

• Conduct workspace tours and confidently pitch our offerings

• Convert qualified leads into memberships by demonstrating value

• Understand client needs and recommend the right office solutions

• Maintain and exceed monthly occupancy and revenue targets

2. Lead Qualification & CRM Management

• Identify warm, cold, and hot leads through structured qualification

• Maintain accurate CRM records for every lead and interaction

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports

• Follow up systematically to maintain pipeline health

3. Member Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Welcome new members and ensure a seamless onboarding experience

• Build relationships with existing members to support upsell opportunities

• Gather and report feedback to continuously enhance offerings

• Serve as one of the primary touchpoints for member inquiries and support

4. Workspace Tours & Product Knowledge

• Develop deep knowledge of The Cubicle’s office types, plans, and amenities

• Stay updated on promotions, pricing structures, and new services

• Conduct engaging tours showcasing the experience and benefits

5. Community Engagement Collaboration

• Work with the Community Manager to deliver engagement events and activities

• Identify members suitable for collaborations, networking, or cross-selling

• Help nurture a vibrant, supportive coworking culture

6. Reception & Professional Front-Facing Duties

• Greet visitors and potential clients as a brand ambassador

• Answer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth

• Assist in meeting room bookings and space-related inquiries

7. Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain sales reports, occupancy sheets, and revenue trackers

• Assist management with forecasting and sales planning

• Provide insights on lead patterns, customer needs, and market trends

Qualification Background

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address client needs and build long-term relationships
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify new business opportunities and meet sales targets
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to represent the company professionally and engage clients effectively
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a dynamic work environment
  • Previous experience in sales, community management, or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
