We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Onboarding / Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building client relationships, managing onboarding processes, and supporting business growth through effective communication and coordination.

📍 Location: Lahore (On-site)
💼 Experience: 01–02 Years
📅 Working Days: 05 Days (Monday–Friday)
🕘 Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities
✔ Guide new clients through a smooth and successful onboarding journey
✔ Understand client requirements and communicate solutions effectively
✔ Manage leads, onboarding stages, and client data using CRM tools
✔ Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and delivery teams
✔ Provide ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Tools
🔹 Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
🔹 Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
🔹 Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or ClickUp
