- Identify errors, inconsistencies, compliance issues, and brand mismatches across all assets
- Ensure final deliverables meet internal standards and client-specific guidelines before approval
Publishing & Scheduling
- Schedule and publish podcast episodes on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other podcast platforms
- Upload, optimize, and manage episode metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and thumbnails
- Maintain and manage content calendars for podcasts, clips, and related assets
Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Communicate updates, timelines, feedback, and approvals clearly and professionally
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams (editors, writers, designers) and clients
Workflow & Operations Management
- Manage multiple client workflows simultaneously without delays or quality drops
- Track asset movement from raw files → edited → QA → publishing → client delivery
- Ensure deadlines are met and bottlenecks are identified early
Documentation & Process
- Follow and improve SOPs, QA checklists, and workflow systems
- Maintain organized records of published episodes, revisions, and approvals
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in podcast management, content operations, or media QA
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors others miss
- Hands-on knowledge of YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and podcast hosting platforms
- Experience managing multiple clients and fast-moving workflows
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with structured processes, checklists, and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience in a podcast agency or content production environment
- Familiarity with basic SEO, metadata optimization, and content analytics
Who is best fit for this role
This role is ideal for someone who
- Enjoys systems, structure, and quality control
- Takes ownership and accountability seriously
- Can manage clients without hand-holding
- Understands that execution and accuracy matter more than creativity
