Description:

➤ Education: MBA, M.com with good communication skill

➤ Experience: Previous client communication (Email, Call) or customer service experience is highly preferred.

➤ Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in the English language with strong writing and verbal communication abilities.

➤ Tax and Compliance Awareness: Knowledge or familiarity with accounts, tax, and compliance-related deadlines is an advantage.

➤ Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to reviewing responses and ensuring accuracy in communication.

➤ Proactive Approach:

▪ Must be proactive in managing client communications and ensure all queries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

▪ Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.

▪ Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach
