Client Communication Manager

Description:

Glonex Signs Pvt. Ltd., a global leader in premium 3D signage manufacturing, is looking for a highly experienced Business / Client Communication Manager to join their Lahore-based team. This is a full-time, on-site position for a seasoned professional who understands the complete lifecycle of signage projects — from initial client inquiry to final shipment.

This role is designed for someone who is already well-versed in the 3D signboard production process, including materials, branding specifications, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will be someone who can confidently communicate with international clients from the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia, providing end-to-end support, preparing accurate quotations, and managing communications across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-spectrum communication with international clients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timeliness.

• Prepare quotations based on detailed knowledge of signboard materials, manufacturing processes, and design elements.

• Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments such as sales, design, and production to ensure smooth project flow.

• Take full ownership of projects, demonstrating responsibility, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking.

• Provide consistent updates to clients while managing expectations with precision and professionalism.

• Maintain high responsiveness, integrity, and an honest work ethic.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the signage manufacturing industry — this is not an entry-level role.

• Deep understanding of 3D signboard production, pricing structures, material selection, and branding guidelines.

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) to handle international clients fluently.

• Prior experience in client servicing, proposal preparation, and production coordination.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and communication skills.
