Description:

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling multiple clients during your shift, managing communications, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role involves taking and making client phone calls, maintaining accurate CRM records, and developing long-lasting relationships through rapport building and consistent follow-ups.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven BPO or client support experience

• Fluent English with little to no accent

• Hands-on experience with CRMs and call handling

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Strong sense of ownership and reliability
