Client Acquisition Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Caller to join our Sales Team at Ovex Technologies Pakistan. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in software sales, excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, and a strong ability to engage clients, build relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Pitch and promote company software products/services effectively.
  • Book appointments and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Follow up consistently with clients to ensure strong sales conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, prospects, and sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies.
  • Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in software sales / telesales.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Urdu (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
